A divine experience as always, quality first

It is a good restaurant, we enjoyed our birthday meal, but there are quite a few improvements to be made to be able to call it excellent and at least agree that the experience meets its reputation. I would not call service bad, there was just lack of it! Our waiter would not check on us for ages. He hardly spoke to us. We were in the 'garden' room. We had to ask to be explained about the dishes we ordered (which we thought would be something so obvious to do! at a high end restaurant) Our wine glasses were not topped up for ages, so we just ended up serving ourselves. Lastly, we were not offered any digestives and when we asked, we were served WARM limoncello (unacceptable for any Italian restaurant!). Food was good, but didn't wow us. Was it worth the money - NO! I can see there are lots of wonderful reviews for this restaurant, maybe our experience did not meet expectations because we visited in May which not high season. We still had a pleasant meal but would not go back.

Excellent restaurant in Olbia. From the area and the entrance you cannot perceive the elegance of the place, once you enter you are amazed. Clean place, friendly and polite staff. Simple but at the same time innovative dishes. We only found the croaker to be very tasty but the rest was all of excellent quality!
