Excellent restaurant in Olbia. From the area and the entrance you cannot perceive the elegance of the place, once you enter you are amazed.
Clean place, friendly and polite staff. Simple but at the same time innovative dishes. We only found the croaker to be very tasty but the rest was all of excellent quality!

The food is in general ordinary however the ingredients are very fresh. The price is fine for a Michelin restaurant without stars. Service is very good.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Dulchemente in downtown Olbia on Sardinia island, Italy. This was the best restaurant we tried on the island during our stay. Everything was highly delicious, eye-pleasing and creative. Highly recommended if you are closeby.
