Dukas In Genzano di roma

Pizza buona ma servizio da dimenticare. Arrivati alle 20.30 come da prenotazione abbiamo notato che gli ordini non venivano presi in base all arrivo ma a discrezione della responsabile. Fatta l ordinazione dopo un po di attesa sono arrivati i fritti buoni,dopodiché il buio totale,tutti i tavoli arrivati dopo di noi arrivavano le pizze ,anche a persone sedute da 10 minuti(evidentemente amici),noi nulla cosicché dopo 1 ora di attesa e tutti gli altri tavoli avevano terminato ho dovuto chiedere alla signora che fine avessero fatto le nostre pizze,anche se vedendoci da 1 ora e mezza senza mangiare la pizza un pensiero me lo sarei fatto da ristoratrice.riassumendo servizio pessimo e non lineare per gli ospiti ,pizza buona mane ho mangiate di migliori e ormai la serata era andata.nonconsiglio affatto

My wife and I are true pizza lovers, after all who doesn't like pizza, I'll tell you the truth, I've tried many pizzerias, personally and by hearsay, in fact this one, Dukas was recommended to us by a colleague of my wife, and after trying it we said to ourselves, we marry this pizzeria, not only for the quality and goodness of the product, fried pizza and everything that the menu offers, but for the whole context that revolves around it, I mean the staff, simple, fast and very polite people, they know how to pamper customers, when I'm there I feel like I'm at home, and if we want to tell the whole truth, the costs are honestly low compared to the product, I highly recommend it, NB the "location" is spectacular😁

Fast and welcoming service, truly spectacular fried food and pizza, thin, crispy and well-seasoned pizza, it's really worth it... I don't know how to match it with any other restaurant/pizzeria

After 5 months away, the same day I returned to Italy, two hours after landing in Ciampino, I came to dinner here. I've been coming here for 5 years now and it has slowly become my happy place. After a bad day, after various family problems, after an exam that didn't go as it should have, after any difficult moment, every time coming here is a gesture of care towards me. Not so much for the best pizza in Rome (and I challenge anyone who comes forward to make me change my mind) or for their craft beers or even for their homemade tiramisu (they know very well my obsession with that damn sweet mamma mia!), but for the people who manage and live this place for their fast and light service, for their smiles, for their kindness, passion and love. This makes the difference: this place exudes love from every single corner, from every wall, everywhere. I thank all the staff for all the beautiful evenings, for how they treat each individual customer and above all for how in all these five they persistently made me feel good, welcomed. Sincerely thank you. I attach some photos from tonight but know that I have an entire album full of all the photos I took of the pizzas and the various delicacies that I was able to eat here (which trust me create an incurable addiction). What can I say..... I like Ducas a lot! Simona is splendid, all the guys are very kind, the pizza is fabulous, fragrant, cooked well and all the other dishes are delicious. In front of Palazzo Sforza Cesarini, an enchantment. Thank you guys, thank you very much and good work everyone!!!!! Scarlett

We had dinner in this little place near the Sforza palace. The very good thin and crunchy typical Roman pizza. Good cold cuts appetizer but the portion is too small for what you pay. Mixed fried food nothing special. I didn't like the draft beer. Formal environment, polite waiters. To sum up the evening, a good one.

Ero scettico ma mi sono ricreduto, fritti artigianali, pizza romana scrocchiarella ben condita e gustosa, eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliato.

Nice location, the pizza is the classic Roman one, very thin and crunchy, the fried foods are not of excellent quality.
