In my humble opinion it is one of the best Roman pizzas I have ever eaten in the last 10 years. Light and fragrant dough, then the wood oven gives it that unmistakable flavor with slightly burnt edges, a spectacle, all fried food excellent, super honest prices. My reference now for Roman low pizza.

Charming and welcoming place. The pizza and appetizers were delicious (especially the easy-to-digest pizza). Very helpful, friendly and quick staff.

Characteristic restaurant located in one of the most beautiful squares of the Castelli Romani. Fast and very kind service, perfect air conditioning but the food... the food is spectacular! The quality of the starter platter alone is worth the dinner but when the pizzas arrive, a capricciosa and a porchettona, thin, well cooked and fragrant in the wood oven and seasoned right up to the edge...😋😋😋

Having dinner with the illuminated Palazzo Sforza Cesarini in front of you is wonderful. A pleasant fresh air comes from the lake. Castles offer simple and beautiful places. It is worth coming here, and after dinner take a walk in the village and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.

Pizza romana bassa e ben cotta. Molto digeribile e tante versioni disponibili! Hanno anche l’impasto con la farina integrale. Supplì discreti e fiori di zucca grandi ma troppo troppo oleosi

Finalmente sono riuscita a prenotare qui perché sempre piana,e dopo che sono andata ho capito perché pizza buonissima fina ingredienti ottimi i proprietari e lo staff veramente gentili e accoglienti.
