Il locale è davvero piccolino e la prenotazione è consigliata, molto curato, in stile industriale, accogliente, senza troppi fronzoli, molto pulito e gradevole. Personale attento e preparato. Il titolare/chef simpatico, cordiale e premuroso, ci ha descritto i piatti con la stessa passione che mette nelle preparazioni. Noi abbiamo scelto la formula all you can eat ma torneremo anche per provare i piatti del menù a la carte. Abbiamo iniziato col botto con carpacci e tartare, davvero ottimi, poi i ravioli di carne, i bao bun, il sushi di carne mai banale grazie alla fusion con prodotti del territorio come 'nduja e cipolla di Tropea. Conclusione con lo straordinario dessert Mi Salai che potrei descrivere, ma va provato per comprendere l'esplosione di sapori!
La lista dei vini è ridotta ma ampiamente soddisfacente.
Infine, anche questo un dettaglio importante che dimostra la cura, amche il bagno molto pulito e con il fasciatoio a disposizione delle mamme dei futuri clienti!
Locale davvero molto consigliato nel quale certamente torneremo.
P.s. Volevamo fotografare tutto quando ci siamo seduti al tavolo, ma poi abbiamo assaggiato il carpaccio e abbiamo completamente scordato ogni cosa che non fosse goderci il buon cibo!

We were here a couple of years ago and loved the food, but not the prices.
So we saw the name had changed, but the same great chef, and made a reservation.
The filet was delicious and the caciocavallo cheese cream on top was also very good.
Thanks for the super nice dinner 😋 😋 😋

A truly fantastic place. The food is really good and the service is excellent! Once you go you won't be able to wait to go back. The menu is very interesting and the quality of the products can be felt. Honorable mention for the ravioli (really excellent) and the dessert 'Mi Salai', the perfect conclusion.

We traveled a bit to try it, accustomed to eating meat sushi in various parts of Italy, we went to try it. Good tartare, like bao with good tartare. Unfortunately not the rest. The meat sushi is not good, nor is the cooking of the rice in the type of meat put inside. The "fillet" placed inside looked cooked given the greyish color of the meat, but instead it was raw. Service a little confusing like the waiter. PS from the attached photos you can see the color of the meat in the uramaki is not exactly beautiful.

We went for dinner and chose the All you Can Eat formula. Delicious dishes and beautiful to look at. Lots of special flavours, especially cacio e pepe which in my opinion rocks. The staff is super friendly, attentive to your needs and above all very approachable. We will be back for sure!!!

The place is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming, the staff is courteous and affable, capable of entertaining customers. The food is of excellent quality, the ingredients are first choice and the dishes are taken care of down to the smallest details.
