4 of us went to enjoy this new and extremely positive experience for us. The place is really small (reservations are really recommended) and well looked after, in an industrial style, without frills, very clean and really pleasant. The attentive and professional staff. We opted for the all you can eat formula but there is also the a la carte menu which we will definitely try. Excellent carpaccio, delicious tartare, surprising meat sushi and never banal. Excellent quality products. The very kind owner/chef gave us the necessary explanations and described the dishes with great passion. Wine list small in quantity but satisfying. A special mention to the very special and delicious dessert. Finally, this detail is also important, including the well-kept and clean toilet, with changing table. Super recommended to everyone but especially to meat lovers and anyone wanting to try a new experience. P.s. We weren't able to take photos because, once we tasted the first course, we forgot we had phones and only thought about the food and its quality!

Estuvimos aquí hace un par de años y nos encantó la comida, pero no los precios. Así que vimos que el nombre había cambiado, pero el mismo gran chef, e hicimos una reserva. El filete estaba delicioso y la crema de queso caciocavallo encima también estaba muy buena. Gracias por la cena súper agradable 😋 😋 😋
