Let's start by saying that it was a new culinary experience for us. We had never tried meat sushi. Excellent advice from the owner, who looked after us throughout the dinner without being intrusive. Excellent service, high-quality, aged meat, and various alternatives to best satisfy curious customers. It was a wonderful evening. We'll be back, perhaps at our next location.
