We had a wonderful evening. The appetizers were delicious, but I'm writing this review to praise the pizza. The best dough I've ever eaten, accompanied by great attention to detail in the choice of ingredients and the aesthetics. My compliments. Well done.

Tutto è accaduta in una sequenza di casualità, mentre rientravamo abbiamo visto questo paesino arroccato che ci chiamava e non abbiamo esitato a deviare il percorso, cosa mai più azzeccata. Parcheggiamo in una piccola piazza per andare a visitare lo stupendo castello che domina la valle e...... notiamo questo locale dove due ragazze preparavano la sala per la cena con un'attenzione maniacale verificando i bicchieri in trasparenza se avessero macchie di lavaggio, cosa giustissima ma assolutamente rara da vedere. Dopo la visita un languorino si affaccia e senza perdere tempo chiediamo la disponibilità di un tavolo.... Tutto ottimo, le ragazze gentilissime, temperatura esterna da relax totale e poi la pizza... impasto ben idratato e morbido, ingredienti di grande qualità e piacevoli alla vista, ben definiti all'assaggio ma allo stesso tempo con grande equilibrio d'insieme. Promosso a pieni voti.

I recommend pacchero fritto alla genovese and frittatina. Excellent pizza, possibility to eat outside, very nice view and very kind staff. I recommend booking, especially on weekends.

Very good pizza. The stuffed potato croquettes are SUPER!!! Welcoming and helpful staff. The owners are young guys who definitely deserve to be praised....today opening your own business is truly an act of courage. Well done!!

The 2.8 pizzeria stands out for the quality of its offering and attention to detail. The fried foods were the real strong point of the evening: fried pacchero alla Genovese and high-quality omelette, worthy of the best Neapolitan and Caserta traditions. The pizzas also proved to be up to par with excellent quality of the toppings. Fair prices for what is offered and very friendly staff. It's always nice to see companies that try to give value to often forgotten territories, bringing life and taste to villages that risk depopulation
