I recommend going at least once if you are in Brignole, discovered it on the first day and fell in love with it. Excellent cuisine, friendly and quick staff even with a full room and a welcoming environment, in fact it felt like staying at a friend's house.
If we ever go back on holiday to Brignole we will definitely stop by.
I recommend going for dinner when they offer a very varied menu

The Staff is very nice and helpful even though their English isn’t great, they still try and communicate with foreign customers. There’s a lot of variations for the pastas and the sauces (30 types of pastas and 50 different sauces), the portions are very generous, the quality is very good and the prices are very affordable for people on a budget.

In the evening there is an incredible variety of pasta combinations, some of which are homemade (everything is transparently labeled). Despite the variety, the sauce variations are all very successful. Courteous, albeit somewhat Ligurian-humbling boss. Many locals sit in the rustic interior, which is pleasantly air-conditioned. By the way, it’s also a good place for an aperitif before dinner!

Went there on the last day of our trip, really enjoyed the food. Pasta specialist, basically don’t have anything else on the menu because they stick to what they’ve perfected. We all loved our choices, the pumpkin ravioli was quite sweet and the bread wasn’t the greatest but didn’t ruin the experience at all. Also very fairly priced meal for 5 with soft drinks and water we paid under €70

We ate here twice during our stay because we liked the food so much. Nice concept to put together your own pasta dish. We are fans!

There are a very large number of restaurants in Genoa and therefore it is difficult to choose what to eat. We wanted pasta and chose this shop even though it is a little away from the city.
It feels more like a bar, a bit familiar. The menu consists exclusively of pasta, but you have to choose a combination of many different types of pasta and sauces.
The prices are very attractive and the food is more than convincing, this also applies to the desserts.
If you feel overwhelmed by the massive selection, you can ask the friendly waiters for recommendations.

Very big choice of different Pastas and Sauces! The food was very good and the staff was friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit.
