By far, one of the best sushis we have ever eaten in our entire life !!!! Situated in a nice and quiet place inside the old city. Expensive but so worth it!!!

We went there for dinner on the occasion of the Foligno Stra, we had a great time, excellent food, to say the least, and super kind and professional staff. If there is an occasion we will definitely return.

If you want to be pampered and delighted by a couple of polite and professional guys, this is the right place. Sushi and sashimi always very fresh, expertly prepared and with ingenious combinations, plus excellent sake, wine or Japanese beers. It is always a pleasure and an honor to return.

07/07/2025: The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try! His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff. My favourite dishes that I would recommend are: • The Chirashi Bowl • Roasted Miso Eggplant • Chu Toro Nigiri • Teriyaki Tuna Tataki • The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha. Some of the photos are listed below as well as other dishes I enjoyed! Thank you Il Vizio!
