I am astonished to read about negative experiences on the Dry Bridge. I was born in Pordenone in 1969 and have always lived there. One of the few places where it is still possible to find sincerity, in food as in people. Sincerity is not for everyone, some may find it uncomfortable. If so, he's in the wrong place. If, however, you appreciate the real things in life and have the ability to see beyond the ordinary, it is an experience worth trying. At most it will always be possible to return to franchised and photocopied places. Long live the taverns that can still be called such, long live Walter, Maria and the little dog Bruno.

Recently, it was my third time eating here. I traveled to Pordenone just to eat the Carbonara. I will simply say it's the best one I've ever had. Please come visit Dry Bridge!! Besides its incredible pasta, the place has been run by a lovely couple for the past 43 years (and counting). Feels like going to your nonna’s house. Traditional Italian, homemade dishes that go straight to your heart. I would recommend this place for families or anyone who wants to eat memorable pasta in a very cozy restaurant.

Cucina casalinga con porzioni abbondanti. Eccezionale il tiramisù! Il padronome di casa è sicuramente il cagnolino Bruno!
