We met this place under the old management, which was very spartan and easy-going. After reading some comments and with many doubts we decided to give ourselves a new chance anyway and we did very well because we changed our minds with the change that the new management brought about both in the food, in the staff and in the aesthetics. Refined, refined food and excellent quality/price ratio. The chef is very young but with an edge, innovative and always present to the customer's individual requests, satisfying even our 6 year old with class in every way. We were also pampered by the waiters from start to finish. Highly recommended and we will definitely return with friends and family.

I started going to Drera Bistrot since the opening of the place, after a break from the old management, I started going there again, and with the cuisine curated by chef Mauro Elli, the dishes are crazy!
The raw materials are excellent, you dine in a refined, warm and welcoming environment.
The guys both in the kitchen and in the dining room are all motivated and very professional young people!
Congratulations to everyone!

He recently changed the menu, and he is nothing short of ecstatic, balanced, studied and simply delicious dishes. Warm and calm atmosphere, with excellent jazz music in the background.
Strongly recommended for those who love good food and are willing to spend a little more to eat well, treat yourself and stop by.

Qualità e freschezza delle materie prime, piatti raffinati e tradizionali. La scuola del grande Chef Mauro Elli si sente…ambiente rilassante e di classe.,personale molto gentile e giovane… davvero da provare !

Locale sul lungolago di Valmadrera (Lecco). Piccolo e accogliente. Pochi tavoli. Cura dei particolari. In estate con Debora esterno.
Menu ricercato. Tre entrees ben presentate. Antipasti: ottima la battuta di manzo, il persico fritto e il pesce di lago.
Risotto, gnocchi, brasato con purè , branzino. Tutti veramente buoni. Ben presentati.
Dolce lago d’effetto.
Prosecco Aneri e Riesling Dosio piemontese una bella scoperta.
Il giovane chef Andrea Longoni, con tutta la brigata, competente e cordiale. Si vede la scuola di Maurizio Elli del ristorante Cantuccio di Albavilla.
Da ritornare certamente.
