Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough! Everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness to the welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh, high-quality products, which gave us a great start to the day. A special thanks goes to the owners, who were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to make us feel at home. The atmosphere is very welcoming and familiar, and we felt pampered at every moment. Furthermore, the spa is simply fantastic, a true haven of relaxation where we could completely unwind. Truly an A+ experience! We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. A heartfelt thank you!

Very convenient location, right in the center with a view of Monte Rosa. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, and the service is always very helpful. Also very suitable for children. The spa is recommended, a moment of relaxation and peace with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful view. A generous breakfast buffet.

Welcoming and clean. The wellness area is small but functional. Breakfast offers good products. The menu is uninspired and uninspiring. Fortunately, there are several restaurants serving traditional dishes nearby. On a negative note, the service doesn't live up to the hotel's expectations.

The location, staff, and food were all excellent. If I were to return to Macugnaga, I would definitely book this property again.
