A small, well-maintained restaurant. The menu is original and the ingredients are high-quality. We had lunch here with the family on a Sunday: we were outside on the small terrace, and despite the heat, the atmosphere was airy and delightful. Clean bathroom, excellent value.

We went as a couple on a Monday evening! We had the gnudi, which I highly recommend. Delicious! The girls serving us were all very friendly! The location is beautiful; I recommend going at sunset because of the magnificent view. Prices are reasonable. The plus is that by eating there, you're supporting a social cooperative. I'm not giving it 5 stars because, for me, 5 stars are the best of the best, but it's still a very good restaurant.

I stop at this restaurant every time I pass through Tuscany on my way to Liguria. The food is absolutely well-prepared. There are just a few tables and a relaxing atmosphere.

We went to Tana del Drago with the whole family. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We ate deliciously. The ciabatta with sausage and porcini mushrooms is highly recommended. The Pappa al Pomodoro is top-notch. We'll definitely be back.

Very welcoming atmosphere. We stopped by here with my family. We Googled the place, but it was also recommended to us by Francesca, who showed us around Carducci's house and gave us a discount coupon to use here. Together, they run a wonderful project, a cooperative that helps people with disabilities find work. That said, I had a noteworthy pappa al pomodoro, my husband a mouth-watering sausage sandwich... a glass of Poggio dei Ginepri was excellent, quality coffee... and the service was top-notch. Barbara was kind, friendly, and professional... just one thing... the dragon was at the beach, and unfortunately we didn't see it. Elena and family ❤️

We were a couple at Tana del Drago and we had a great time! The food is excellent, the service impeccable. A special thanks to the manager, who welcomed us kindly, served us, explained the dishes and, to my girlfriend's delight, also took some photos of us. A truly pleasant experience, we will definitely be back!

Sin dalla prima accoglienza, Tana del Drago dimostra di meritare una stella Michelin: ambiente caloroso, servizio attento e un’energia contagiosa che nasce dalla passione dello staff. La Ristoratrice Chiara, con la sua cura ai dettagli, e la Sommelier Elisa, che abbina con maestria vini locali a ogni portata, creano un’esperienza impeccabile. Lo Chef Francesco firma piatti che raccontano la tradizione toscana con un tocco contemporaneo, elevando ogni ingrediente. Il progetto di inserimento lavorativo per ragazzi con piccole disabilità, seppur ambizioso, non ha avuto il successo sperato, per l'elevato bagaglio professionale che hanno alcuni membri dello staff. Nonostante ciò, l’intento è lodevole e testimonia l’anima solidale della Tana del Drago. I Piatti da Provare Tagliere Comune: eccellenze di salumi e formaggi a km 0, un vero omaggio al territorio di Castagneto Carducci. Gnudi al Sugo di Salsiccia: la tenacia della carne si sposa con la storia della cucina locale, raccontata in ogni morso. Altri Piatti Indimenticabili: ogni proposta sorprende per equilibrio e creatività, dalla selezione di antipasti al dolce finale. In conclusione, una tappa imperdibile per chi vuole autenticità, qualità assoluta e un servizio da vera high-end dining experience ( esperienza gastronomica di lusso e culinaria di alta qualità ).

Pur essendo arrivati alle 13 e 30 ci hanno accolto con i nostri pelosettii,i piatti sono ottimi e i personale eccezionale.
