Ottimo prosciutteria Dorth 1931! Fanno tutto sia l'aperitivo, il pranzo e anche la cena. Gestori molto cordiali e gentilissimi. Sono persone molto educati e nell'ambiente. Ve lo consiglio vivamente. Fanno anche loro prosciutti davvero squisitissimi.

Interesting place where you can appreciate the specialties of the region but the cuisine is not always up to par. Cold cuts warm and melted by humidity, hard and salty creamed cod, good tripe and Frico. Osteria and little else.

Informal restaurant with a rustic style, bright and comfortable, where artisanal products from their historic butcher's shop located in Aviano are served with passion and professionalism.
The menu consists of typical Friulian sausages of their own production, including raw ham, salami, coppa, ossocollo, lard... skilfully sliced, accompanied by pickles in oil, giardinera, then hand-prepared tagliolini and raw ham, gnocchi, crostini, cicchetti , frico, good wine, conviviality and comfort.
What particularly surprised me, in addition to a pleasant experience characterized by excellently crafted products intrinsic to the territory, were the homemade desserts, in which I had no particular expectations and instead they amazed me...
Typical Friulian tiramisu based on amaretti biscuits, perfect balance between cream, soaked biscuits, and freshness of the product, tart with peach jam, soft, fragrant, divine shortcrust pastry.
The bread basket could definitely be improved, considering the excellence produced in the local bakeries, but this would inevitably affect the cover price.
A pleasant experience, spent in the company of family, which I plan to repeat as soon as possible.
Highly recommended and at an excellent quality/price ratio.

Tried it once during a lunch break and it immediately fascinated us. Tasty, well-prepared dishes and the right portions. A place with its own style that traces the history of our lands. We go back every time we can.

The ham is excellent, they have fantastic ham tagliolini, even if last time they used tagliatelle 😞 which needs to be corrected.
