Doppio00 Albese, synonymous with quality. I'm a regular customer at Doppio00 in Albese con Cassano. The products are exceptional, both savory and sweet. Besides being my trusted baker, I've ordered pans of pizza or focaccia, savory brioches, and pretzels on several occasions. Even cakes, which have amazed me with their deliciousness, often receiving rave reviews from guests. I stop at Doppio00 in Albese even just for a coffee (even though it's almost impossible to resist the temptation of a slice of carrot cake or a brioche). When you enter a shop like this, it feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly, yet equally attentive and professional. Well done, congratulations!

Update 09/19/2022: The location has been completely renovated. More space has been created for the inside tables, and the cafeteria has been more clearly separated from the bakery/diner. Otherwise, I confirm what I wrote below! Doppiozero in Albese con Cassano is a guarantee: all types of bread, regular, whole wheat, mountain milk, rye, grains, and so much more. Brioches, pastries, pastries, cakes, and tarts, also available by reservation. Of course, there are also classic bar products: coffee, cappuccinos, beers, fruit juices, and hot and cold snacks such as piadinas, pizzas, Roman pinsas, and salads... I'm surely forgetting something because the selection is truly extensive. Everything you can buy is homemade, with the exception of some packaged products and pastries. A special mention goes to the girls who work there, who are excellent and always kind. Even though the place is often crowded, they don't skimp on a smile and a friendly word for everyone. If you arrive by car, be careful about parking, as during peak periods you may not find a spot in the (private) parking lot. In summary: + Wide selection of breads and pastries + Wide selection of coffee and pastry products + Friendly, professional, and helpful staff + (Almost) everything is homemade + Newly renovated, better space management, and more seating + Pet friendly - Parking can be a problem for those arriving by car (only if you're short on time).
