I got some takeaway pizzas. Two classic pizzas. But the gem was the fried pizza with tomato, cheese and basil. Without words, excellent, I hadn't felt a taste of home like this since I was little. Compliments

A real discovery in the heart of Castel San Giorgio!! Homemade cuisine but done well, excellent quality of dishes, large portions and all fresh stuff starting from the appetizers to the fruit...plus the staff is really very kind! It was a real discovery and we will definitely be back!!

On Saturday evening we found ourselves by chance at Osteria Donna Sofì, after leaving another too chaotic restaurant. Even without a reservation, we were greeted with great kindness and were seated immediately. From the outside the place may seem small, but inside it is surprisingly spacious, with many tables and a well-kept location, enriched by pleasant decorative lights that create a welcoming atmosphere. We had a really good dinner: we started with the Mallone, a very tasty typical dish of the area, and then enjoyed meat and an exceptional pizza. The pizza dough was soft, well cooked and definitely comparable to that of the best pizzerias in Naples. From an accessibility point of view, the tavern is well organized for people in wheelchairs, thanks to the presence of ramps to access the room. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and I had to close the main door to use it. Prices are slightly higher than average (about 10% more), but considering the quality of the food and the impeccable service, it is definitely worth it. We were very satisfied and will happily return!
