An exceptional experience at Don Nippon Taste in Lissone. The fish is exceptionally fresh, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, guaranteeing quality. I tried the Amaebi tartare and it was an explosion of freshness and delicacy: the ingredients are truly top-notch. But what really makes lunch special is the hospitality. Special praise goes to the bar staff: professional, creative, and capable of recommending the perfect drink to accompany dinner. Not all Japanese restaurants have such a noteworthy bar service. The atmosphere is elegant and the service impeccable. An absolute must-visit for those seeking quality and courtesy. We'll definitely be back!

Great food with very attentive and friendly owners and staff

I ordered the shrimp and rice menu and...it was delicious!!! They served salad, edamame, and very special filo pastry rolls as a side dish. It's a shame I didn't try it sooner, but it was a pleasant surprise. Congratulations!
