Excellent hotel. Nice rooms and a generous breakfast. Excellent dinner. 5 minutes from the center. The road to get there is a bit rough.

I'm originally from Campobasso, but I've lived in Tuscany for a long time. My daughter got married in Campobasso on June 28, 2025, and after much research, we decided to book this property for the following reasons: The warm welcome we received when we booked the property, the professionalism of the services, the welcoming and kind staff, and the hostess, a Sardinian woman of absolute professionalism. I would like to personally thank the owner and his entire staff for making my stay a wonderful one, as well as all my guests, who came from Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, France, and more. They all complimented the hospitality and the excellent food. Keep up the good work, and keep up the good work.

Excellent 4-star hotel. Very clean. Very convenient for its proximity to Caldarelli Hospital. The lady in charge of breakfast was very kind. We had a very large suite. Highly recommended.

We stayed here last weekend for a quick getaway, but we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, ready to accommodate our every need. For example, we didn't have much time for dinner, so we kindly asked for something quicker, and they prepared two platters of delicious cured meats and cheeses for us! The spa service is also impeccable; they provide bathrobes, towels, slippers (very comfortable), a shower cap, and even a laundry bag. The spa is small but equipped with everything you need for relaxation. Overall, a well-maintained and welcoming hotel in every way.

Good value. Spartan but clean room. Decent restaurant. Breakfast too. Located on a hill, it has a beautiful view. Just a few minutes from the center.
