22/10/2025: A beautiful location with a sea view. A wide selection of delicious and excellent dishes, including the catch of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would gladly return.

14/10/2025: Breathtaking location, but management and transparency could be improved. Bagni Gallo is undoubtedly among the most scenic in Varigotti: stunning sea, well-spaced umbrellas, and a restaurant with a direct view of the beach that creates a unique atmosphere. However, the experience didn't live up to expectations (or the prices). We booked two "front row" loungers, but ended up in the third row, arranged horizontally with respect to the sea. When we asked to move, we were told that "they were all booked," only to note—hours later—that many seats remained empty until the end of the day. At these prices, transparency should be a must, not an option. Regarding the restaurant, the dishes are well-presented and of good quality, but the portions are small and the prices are those of a Michelin-starred establishment. The service is friendly and accurate, but the overall impression is that you're paying more for the view than the experience. Overall, a nice place to visit once, but it could be truly excellent with a little more transparency, consistency, and customer service. 🌊 The location is there, it just lacks a little more substance behind the charm.
