Sicuramente la miglior tartare di Olbia. La carne ottima è davvero di ottima qualità. Per niente sovrastata dalle salse. Staff gentilissimo,locale molto accogliente. Birra eccezionale!

We have been here several times, we chose it for both New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day, and I must say that it is always a guarantee. The staff is really kind and professional, the food is exquisite, exceptional meat! The guy who is also at the checkout always welcomes us in a super warm and friendly way. We will happily return because for the quality and service, they are certainly the best in the city!

We have been to Don Carlos several times and have never been disappointed. Clean, well furnished place with a romantic atmosphere. Very kind and professional staff. Menu based on various cuts of excellent meat and fresh ingredients. I absolutely recommend!

Excellent I would say...... super courteous staff in the dining room... excellent selection of meats on offer, vast on all courses. Good selection of wines, all orchestrated and directed by a super meter with many years of experience.. Well done G.mario!!!!! In short, I will be back. Highly recommended

09/10/2024: We stayed for 3 nights and it was a really good experience. The rooms look a bit old but they are clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was the best we‘ve had on the whole Island. I would recommend this hotel 👍🏼

06/10/2024: We stayed there for two nights. Our room was very nice and unique. The air conditioning wasn't ideally located because the armchair's canopy was in front of it. Otherwise, what quality and service. Wow! The breakfasts are served at the table. They were delicious. A mozzarella like I've rarely tasted. All the products are exceptional. Nat is very kind. We had dinner there both nights. Again, everything was perfect.
