Excellent stay, comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the €40 per night parking fee, which is perhaps a bit pricey considering it's not even guarded. Very central location, and the view from the room was beautiful.

A good hotel, clean, a little dated. The staff is inconsistent, but ultimately they get the job done. The garage is a little too small for maneuvering, etc., considering the daily rate. Excellent location.

We arrived last minute without a booking, but Niccolò helped us right away and even arranged a free upgrade that was perfect for our group of four. He was kind, professional, and made us feel instantly welcome. Truly excellent service.

Hotel with a reasonable price/performance ratio. The garage staff is absolutely disastrous, refusing to let you in even as an accommodated guest, saying there are no spaces. Only after a long argument with the hotel manager did it suddenly work. The guys were expecting a tip and it was more than obvious. Otherwise, skip Cortina during these months - the Italians are catching up on everything they have had for many years since the 2026 Winter Olympics were announced. It looks like they started building in the spring and they want to make it happen Hotel Alaska is absolutely impossible to find in the middle of a huge construction site. Very central, food was great, service was great but room was very small and the two single beds we had in our 4 person room were connected which was weird, a lot of noise from the surrounding bars at night

The rooms need renovation. Nevertheless, they were spotless, and the beds were comfy. Central and safe neighborhood and the staff are attentive.
