Excellent hotel with everything you could want to spend some wonderful days. Next to the Paolina ski lifts, it is also possible to rent skis and boots for skiing. Private parking. We spent two days here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The employee staff was always very attentive and professional, praise goes to Lorenzo who was able to accommodate our every request, always with competence and a smile. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with bathrobe and slippers (perhaps to be modernized a little). Excellent services such as the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, with a fantastic view of the Dolomites, the SPA, where only adults are allowed to enter, not only to ensure silence but also to allow use without a bathing suit (but it is not compulsory to enter without). Equipped with herbal teas, dried fruit, towels, shower, in short, everything you need. Gym with all the equipment for training even on holiday. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. In the afternoon it is possible to have a snack from 3pm to 4.30pm, included in the price of the room. Obviously all this isn't exactly cheap, but it was truly a pleasure to spend a few days in total relaxation, without worries.

We spent 4 fantastic days in this hotel, congratulations to Rocco, Lorenzo, Olga and all the staff! Very competent, helpful and polite! In short, true professionals! We made use of the spa area, very clean, tidy and with excellent herbal teas/dried fruit etc. The rooftop pool is fantastic! Congratulations to the Chefs for the excellent cuisine!

As long-time guests, we always enjoy the friendliness of the managers and employees in the house, the excellent food and the cozy atmosphere! We can only give top marks for the rooms, the wellness area and the location of the house. Thank you for the enjoyable times with you!

The perfect place to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life; the hotel is located halfway between Lake Carezza and the Costalunga Pass, in a quiet area perfect for enjoying all the relaxation and comfort offered. The spa and swimming pool are perfectly organized and the restaurant always offers well-studied and never exaggerated dishes. A special commendation to all the staff, for their kindness and friendliness.

Strategic location near the cable car and the bus stop useful for getting around. Impregnable view of both the Catinaccio and the Latemar. Excellent cuisine as well as cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Olga the fantastic masseuse. I will come back for sure.

Last year we spent a week in this wonderful structure and we decided to replicate the experience again this year, excellent choice!!! :) The place is wonderful, in a strategic position for both walking and mountain bike trips, tastefully furnished and perfectly managed! The spa is very beautiful and the swimming pool is suggestive, with an internal and an external part separated by a sliding glass door! The cuisine is amazing, the chefs are the talented sons of the owner who create excellent dishes every day... incredibly worth mentioning is the fish cooked better than in many city restaurants!! (particularly the one on the lake, not always tasty) Well done!! ! In the dining room, Lorenzo's presence is the added value that makes the system work perfectly thanks to a professional presence and promptness, but also genuine kindness that is not always encountered! The icing on the cake are the services within easy reach: the shop for renting mountain bikes (and skis in the winter season) attached to the hotel and the ski school a few meters away which organizes mountain bike courses for children in summer, we have plenty of took advantage of it! We hope to return soon!!

Very well-kept hotel, the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, the wellness area was sufficient and all of this in a wonderful mountain setting.
