03/09/2024: Restaurant on the beach in RIMINI, at Bagno 100 which has nothing to envy of starred restaurants. The prices are in line with the various restaurants on the Riviera, but it is not the classic tourist trap. Sophisticated menu both by type and raw materials. The dishes are very carefully prepared, plated to perfection, but they are absolutely not small portions of Nouvelle Cuisine. From appetizer to dessert they offer a TASTING MENU ("Fresh Fish" is indicated) worthy of being savoured, at €50 per person: ▪️Mixed cold appetizer: - Steamed mackerel with green sauce - Marinated salmon and anchovies - Octopus and mashed potatoes - Tuna in porchetta ▪️First course: tagliolini with octopus ragout and burrata, very rich (so much so that we could eat our shoes at the end) ▪️Second course: grilled calamari with Bronte pistachios combined with a cherry tomato chutney sauce (their main dish) ▪️ Dessert: roll with mascarpone, coconut and hazelnut cream ▪️Bottle of Prosecco "Serve Suo Valdobbiadene DOCG" ▪️Water ▪️Coffee ▪️Bitter (fabulous licorice, we finished the bottle, while we didn't taste the limoncello) ▪️Overcast All without touching bread or the like, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten to the end, and we are good eaters. Owner and staff very kind, accurate, attentive and helpful. Everything really excellent, over the top. I highly recommend it.

01/09/2024: Sono ritornato. È sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Gentilissimi mi hanno fatto accomodare con i miei due cani. Come in famiglia. Mangiato bene.
