What an amazing place. The thing I need to highlight is that the brioches are filled IN THE MOMENT, and so the cream is fresh and all the varieties are available at any time (also the amount of cream in my pistachio brioche was HUGE). Not only were the pastry and the cappuccino super good, but the price was ridiculously cheap: 1.50 EUR for the cappuccino, 1.60 for the brioche with A LOT of pistachio cream. This place is just perfect.

Excellent BAR, if not the best, we don't miss the hot chocolate, truly the TOP. Well done.

The best bar in Biella without a shadow of a doubt, friendly and kind staff, best pastry shop in the city, welcoming inside and nice atmosphere outside, even if cars pass by it has never bothered me much. The only flaw is that the vegan desserts need to be improved a little, they could do better... otherwise I love this place

Cappuccino D'Avena e brioches farcite sul momento. Qualità ottima, tutto buonissimo. Non abbiamo messo 5 stelle perché il prezzo ci sembra eccessivo per la dimensione della brioches (2.70€) Da rivedere le dimensioni o il prezzo...ecco tutto

Sono andata con delle amiche durante alcuni giorni di vacanza a Biella. Il suo pezzo forte è sicuramente la crema chantilly, fatta fresca da loro (così come altre creme). Ho preso una brioche farcita con crema chantilly, cioccolato, pesche fresche e amaretto sbriciolato. Questa era una di quelle consigliate, ma nel menù si trovano le creme disponibili e le varie cose con cui si può chiedere che venga farcita la brioche. Insieme, ho mangiato la crema al caffè variegata al cioccolato (la fanna anche con altri gusti come pistacchio, chantilly ecc.). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per il livello di ciò che ho mangiato, visto che per tutto ho speso 4/5€. Assolutamente da provare se passate per Biella!
