Dolce Salute In Galatina

A fantastic pastry shop with a selection of vegan products, including pasticciotto. The owner passionately explained to us how the name "Dolce Salute" (Sweet Health) is the motto this pastry shop believes in.

We contacted the pastry shop for our wedding. The cake was excellent, and all our guests loved it, as they were amazed that it was gluten- and lactose-free. The ice cream (coconut and mango) was also excellent, and not only tasted great, it was a perfect ending to the meal. The spectacular cake was also stunning, and everyone was amazed. Highly recommended for anyone with dietary restrictions, and more.
