Now our usual point of reference, having a dear celiac friend, we can be sure of not running into any problems, furthermore the quality of the products is at the top.

Very small environment, most of it is used as a laboratory. I don't personally purchase for myself, but I still taste and there are some products that are good, while others could use improvement/change. Being one of the few that makes gluten, lactose and other intolerances/allergies free, within a few km of Galatina it could offer much more also because the prices are high, clearly I don't question the use of the raw materials used.

I had the opportunity to have lunch and dinner often for weddings or birthdays and every time we were amazed by the quality of the dishes, the service and the fabulous place! Even if I wanted I couldn't find a flaw... The best!!!
