We were there last night, a Friday, with the rain pouring down on Lecce, and we wandered into Ronzino Dolce Lecce almost by chance, even though it's actually a true institution here. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the owner with a rare warmth and kindness, the kind that makes you feel instantly at ease. The atmosphere is unique, softly lit—not your typical diner, but a refined and evocative setting that invites you to linger and enjoy the moment. The owner was polite, helpful, and attentive even to small gestures like offering us water, something that's not at all a given these days. The crepes were a real surprise: a different kind of dough than the usual milk and egg, with a distinct lemon note that makes everything more fragrant and light. My wife and I had two Nutella crepes, and yes, Nutella is a must because it's part of the experience. They weren't the classic soft crepes, but crispier, and that's precisely why we were so satisfied. An authentic place, with a soul, where you can sense the passion and love for what they do. We'll definitely be back.

A gentleman with years of experience who does his job with passion... excellent ingredients used, exceptional dough, a cute place with a hint of intrinsic craziness, and love for what he does... you will never find a better crepe in the area, despite the thousands of creperies in the area.

I ate a delicious crepe, Ronzino is a delightful person, very friendly and professional, no one in Lecce makes the crepes he makes.
