Excellent experience. Essential menu, divinely presented courses, wide selection and high quality of wines. You have a great dinner in an uncrowded location that conveys relaxation. Very good quality and above all very honest final price. I would say highly recommended for an evening different from the usual pizzeria, pub or sushi on a Saturday night

Cena in famiglia, abbiamo potuto portare anche il nostro cagnolino. Siamo stati molto bene, cibo di qualità, prezzi non eccessivi, personale professionale e gentile, la gentilezza non guasta mai. Complimenti.

Il ristorante, integrato alla struttura ricettiva, offre un ambiente curato, il pesonale è accogliente, la cantina è ben fornita ed i prodotti sono di buona qualità (quantità discreta).

Speck Stube - Col del Bosco

27/07/2024: With great surprise I must say that we ate really well, dishes prepared with skill, and presented without too many pretensions. Obviously a specialty from South Tyrol. Very kind and helpful owners. I would say that a stop for those who love that type of cuisine and are in the area, it can not miss.
23/07/2024: We went on Saturday evening and had a wonderful dinner. The place was surrounded by nature. What can I say? The food was wonderful.. Ultra friendly staff. We will be happy to return. Highly recommended.
