Typical Roman cuisine with fresh, quality products, excellent service and a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere... nothing in common with the overcrowded and touristy taverns... we'll be back

The menu offers an exquisite selection of reinterpreted traditional dishes. I tried several of their dishes, and each of them stood out for their quality and flavor: the pasta was perfectly cooked, with rich and balanced sauces, and the combinations of ingredients were surprising but successful. One of the strong points is the freshness of the products, which is reflected in every bite.

Good morning today 29 December 2024 with my family from Milan we came for a tour of the city. Walking around the center we discovered this restaurant which immediately welcomed us with education, respect and professionalism. Each course was carefully prepared and handmade. I would stay here again. Best wishes for everything.

We returned after 2 years to this restaurant and it confirms itself as one of the best in Rome... We tried the competition in front of the restaurant, also reported by the guides and Ditirambo beats it hands down... Homemade pasta, food exquisite and attentive and kind service. Super recommended!!!!

Veniamo in questo ristorante da 30 anni e rimaniamo sempre soddisfatti. Menù ricco di specialità della cucina italiana, non solo romana. Abbiamo preso tris di antipasti, risotto, faraona, sorbetto e altri dolci . Tutto eccellente. Locale accogliente , persone gentili ed elastiche. Ottimo vino per un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cayó sobre este pequeño italiano pintoresco escondido, lleno de italianos . . wow . . la comida era realmente impresionante lo mejor que hemos tenido . . las capas de Zuccini eran deliciosos y la planta de huevo delicioso. El bacalao y las albóndigas divinas. . ¡Vamos!

25/12/2024: They recommended it to us at the hotel and what a success! The truth is that they treated us 10 the 4 nights we had dinner there, being very close to the hotel it was very comfortable for us after spending the whole day exploring Rome. Menu in Spanish, attention of 10 and the food is very good. We liked everything we tried.
23/12/2024: Good quality and abundant Roman cuisine. Excellent pizza. The waiter Salvatore who served us for lunch was very helpful and professional.

03/01/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, attracted by the outside. As soon as you enter, you enter a welcoming, warm room that immediately makes you feel at home. We took two first courses, one sliced ​​and another second course accompanied by side dishes: All delicious, of high quality and cooked to perfection. The same goes for the desserts. The service was impeccable, polite, present but never intrusive. Congratulations guys, if we were to return to Frascati we will definitely be back!
