Sicilian cuisine with a modern touch, in a cozy location, right in the city center. Although the arancina ordered as a starter didn't impress me much (tasted way better ones in Palermo), the burrata and bresaola plateau, splashed with good quality extra-virgin olive oil and topped with a leave of fresh basil was delicious. The sea food spaghetti, drizzled with bread crumbs were also yummy. Ended up the dinner in style with a shot of Vecchio Amaro del Capo. A good Sicilian diner, overall.

Sublime experience... Appetizer...in its simplicity, balanced in tastes and combinations... A second course from Asterix (shank with mushrooms....) in terms of appearance and flavor ... to compliment the chef 5 stars overall for everything... An experience to be repeated for sure

11/07/2024: Sono più di 10 anni che trascorro due o tre giorni all’anno a Caltanissetta e ogni volta ceno in questo ristorante. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari e’ impeccabile e i loro piatti eccellenti! Lo consiglio vivamente.
20/06/2024: Wonderful place, very kind and knowledgeable owners. Express dishes. Careful attention to various intolerances (in our case gluten intolerances). Highly recommended. I will definitely return!
