During our stay in San Vito Lo Capo, we were directed to the Disiò restaurant by our hotel. I can confirm that it was an excellent choice: we ate very well and the culinary experience was truly extraordinary. The restaurant environment is very welcoming, with a lovely garden that offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious chef's entrée that immediately raised our expectations for the rest of the meal. Disiò's menu is rich and varied, and the dishes we chose were not only plentiful but also expertly prepared. The mussel soup was spectacular, full of flavor and perfectly balanced. Another special mention goes to the busiata with lobster, which proved to be a delight for the palate, with the fresh pasta marrying well with the flavor of the lobster. However, there are some aspects that could be improved to further raise the standard of the restaurant. These suggestions do not influence my overall positive rating, but are intended to help the owner refine the service. First of all, I recommend paying more attention to table service. During our meal, we noticed some small shortcomings: the vinegar for the salad was absent, the Coca Cola ordered for the child arrived almost at the end of the meal and the wine was left on the table without ice, which compromised a little experience. Small details like these can make a big difference in the overall perception of the service offered. Despite these small flaws, the staff were courteous and helpful, and I'm sure that with a little more attention these inconveniences could easily be resolved. In conclusion, the Disiò restaurant is a place that I certainly recommend. The quality of the food is excellent, with tasty and well-presented dishes that reflect the local culinary tradition. The environment is pleasant and the garden offers an ideal setting for a relaxing dinner. With a few small changes in service, Disiò has all it takes to become one of the best restaurants in the area. We will definitely return to savor the delicacies offered by this restaurant once again and we are sure that with our suggestions, the experience will be even better. Thank you!

We organized a small party with friends and relatives and everything went better than expected. We were immediately well advised (remotely) regarding the menu, price and details. You even thought of the decorations according to our colors and the dinner was excellent and plentiful! Thanks so much for everything! We will be back!
