It is indeed one of the best restaurants in Ostuni🍴💕 The scenery is excellent and the environment is super beautiful. It’s super on ig🔥 The food is exquisite and the service is superb The food is exquisite and delicious🤤 But be careful if the birds fly over💩 Because one time the dinner plate was unfortunately stained😢

This restaurant located at the gates of the pedestrian area that leads to the historic center of the White City is an authentic taste discovery. Well-crafted dishes for a haute cuisine that is never banal and which tiptoes to caress the palate. Very good atmosphere on the terrace, beautiful view of the old town, the food is excellent, the beef fillet tasty and super well cooked :-), the vegan risotto very good and the octopus really super good and cooked to perfection The service is very friendly and very professional. Este es un restaurante fantástico! La vista es espectacular. Podrías ir por esa razón. O también por la buena elección de la música. ¡Pero luego la comida! He estado viajando por diferentes partes de Italia durante tres semanas y esta fue la mejor comida que he tenido hasta ahora y he comido muy bien. Todo lo que comí es tan sabroso , ingredientes frescos, y claramente un chef que sabe lo que están haciendo y crea algo totalmente nuevo. Debes pedir el plato que se me olvidó como se llama en italiano, pero es una pasta con vieiras en salsa bagna cauda. Fuera de este mundo. Y para aquellos que aman el sabor de los camarones rojos crudos frescos, ¡tan bueno! ¡Y el rodaballo! Y luego está el dueño – creo que se llama Mimo – – . Este tipo sabe lo que está haciendo. Excelente servicio al cliente y es encantador e interesante hablar con él cuando tiene tiempo. ¿Y mencioné la copa de bienvenida gratis de Prosecco, un pequeño y delicioso aperitivo de bienvenida y vino local excepcional. Ostuni es un lugar maravilloso especialmente tarde en la noche para vagar por los callejones y ver todo lo que está pasando. ¡Hágase un favor y comience la noche con una comida encantadora en Dish!

Raff and Mimmo were fantastic at helping us to organise an incredible welcome aperitivo for our wedding. The setting is breathtaking, the food was excellent and the service was great. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Raff and Mimmo from the moment we first made the enquiry. We cannot recommend Dish enough. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

What a fantastic restaurant Dish is. To start with, the food is classically Italian with a modern and stylish twist which elevated it above pretty much everywhere else we ate at in Ostuni. They obviously have a very talented chef who uses local ingredients which was then complimented by the excellent choice of wines. I had what I consider to be one of the best red wines I’ve ever had the pleasure to sample, a red Negroamaro from the region. The owner is a true gent who is obviously passionate about food, his customers and his restaurant and it showed. A great front-of-house team and amazing views completed a perfect dining experience. One in which it was essential to return too on a number of occasions while we were in Ostuni.
