Extraordinary pizza! Really good, light, and I honestly consider it one of the best Roman pizzas in the capital. I definitely recommend the zucchini flowers and anchovies with buffalo mozzarella and mullet roe...amazing!!!

Very good pizza, the parmigiana 2.0 excellent. The Black Angus, a new addition this month, is a bit less so. The mayonnaise-stracciatella combo in that quantity pretty much covers everything... Also, the pizza arrived without the fresh truffle shavings on top, which would have made the €18 price tag seem absurd. We contacted customer service but haven't received a response...

Superb food, some of the best fried food I've ever eaten. The pizza was well-seasoned. The tiramisu left a little to be desired. Overall, one of the best pizzerias I've tried in Rome.

20/11/2025: The ideal place to celebrate an important event. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on November 17th and it was a fantastic party. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, the food was delicious, and the staff were all very kind and professional. Matteo was exceptional, DJ Mattia was brilliant, and the entertainer Alessandro was excellent. The young people had a great time, and the adults even more so... Thank you again for everything!! For every occasion, choose Opera Eventi!!
19/11/2025: Last year we hosted my dad's 70th birthday party, and last week my aunt's 60th birthday party. Everyone was happy: the location was great, the staff was always helpful, the food was excellent, and the entertainer/DJ got everyone dancing! Everyone had a great time!

The traditional dishes were prepared with great care, beautifully presented, and truly rich in flavor, showcasing local traditions without sacrificing a touch of originality. The service was also impeccable: the staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to the guests' needs. It was an experience that successfully combined flavor and conviviality, leaving us with a very positive memory. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, quality evening.
