Dingji Ramen In Torino

The taste was really good, really. But the quantity was really too small: the two of us weren't satisfied. It would be nice to be able to choose between a large and small portion, or to be able to add just a little more pasta. Because we really weren't satisfied. 两个人真的都没有….吃饱…..汤是好喝的！

The place is very intimate, and that's the added value, as everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The service is extremely kind and professional, with few frills. There's an air of tranquility and kindness. The ramen is the best I've ever had! The vegetarian one was delicious, perfectly flavored, and the pasta was perfect. The beef appetizer was also delicious. The prices are incredibly competitive, especially considering the high quality we found! We'll be back soon.

Near Turin Porta Nuova station, this evening we tried this little Chinese restaurant, which makes exceptional ramen, very similar to the one we've had on our various trips to Japan! Tasty and rich, with handmade noodles and a variety of broths. Truly excellent! Highly recommended 😋

It's handmade noodles. It's not your typical cheap Chinese restaurant, but rather a place perfect for a date, with a quiet atmosphere and a stylish interior. The dishes are all high-end. The prices are also very reasonable. The ramen is a mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese, and the broth is refreshing with radish. I had it added to the soup. The service was friendly and gentle. I highly recommended it to my friends in Turin.

Fast service and delicious ramen! The place is small but cozy, and the hostess was very kind, even though we were half an hour early. She seated us and served us right away :) We tried the ramen with your hands and the one with short ribs. The broth was very flavorful, and you could taste the noodles being made and pulled fresh. Highly recommended! Vegetarian and rice options are also available.

Super friendly staff and excellent food! I tried the vegetable ramen, which was very good and made with seasonal vegetables. The only downside: not enough options for vegetarians/vegans.
