29/10/2025: We stopped for dinner, my daughter, my dog, and I. The October evening was delightful, the weather perfect. We ate dinner outdoors. After several days in Puglia, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the various delicacies we'd tasted, but I can say that at this restaurant I enjoyed a truly exceptional first course: tagliatelle with pears, guanciale, and provola. A feast for the eyes and the palate. I'll definitely be back.
15/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Brindisi. It's a great, welcoming place with top-notch staff. Not to mention the food is excellent. I'll gladly return.

01/10/2025: Lovely little restaurant, I love the concept of choosing your own meat at a butcher counter and then them cooking it to perfection. It is simple, hearty and fantastic food. Amazing wine, friendly owners, real local feel I'm glad I got to experience. Thank you!
