I went to the 1810 bistro on Friday evening and tasted a wonderful Pinsa Romana. Very light and very tasty! Truly worth trying! The same goes for my son and husband's ciabatta and pizza. I can't wait to return to taste the cuisine: the menu was very appetizing. Courteous and precise service. Top music! Fair price for the quality!

I came here last minute to attend a friend's live performance, so without a reservation. Despite this and despite the place being full, the owner had me seated and taking my order within a few minutes. The environment is really interesting and well looked after, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the pizza is perfect and well filled. If you happen to pass through the area or want to attend one of their live music evenings, don't do like me... book in advance! 😆

I've already been there several times and everything has always been ok, this time it didn't go very well. Too much mischief on the part of the women who...... never mind. I really think I won't go there again for a while..... too bad!

Exquisite and well prepared dishes
Friendly, helpful and attentive staff.
Quick and impeccable service, despite the place being full, all without hassling the customer.
Even the bread is delicious, slightly aromatic and certainly produced by them. Overall impeccable organization.
Grand finale with a high-level dessert, practically a pastry shop.
In short, a wonderful surprise
