Aesthetically, the place is simple and beautiful, the wait staff is friendly, and the wait for the pizzas was about thirty minutes.
The pulled pork balls were delicious and well-seasoned; the only small flaw was that they were very dry on the inside and not very juicy.
All the pizzas were very good; the dough melted easily and wasn't heavy.

Compared to an excellent tradition, I was a little disappointed. The staff is truly courteous and attentive to customer needs, and the products are good quality. Sure, the wait at the table was excessive, but that should all pass when they serve you the long-awaited pizza. And that's where I was a little disappointed. The dough wasn't up to their own standards. The price would have been bearable if everything had gone well. A bad night? I hope so.

Everything was perfect, from the ambiance to the food and the service.
We had 3 zucchini flowers, 1 frittatina, 4 montanarine, 1 crocchè, 3 pizzas, two desserts, 3 Cokes, 1 water, and 1 beer—really worth the money. €85. And then the deliciousness of the pizza and the crust???... unique.
It was also Saturday night, and we sat down right away.

I've been to Diametro 3.0 several times, and every time is a confirmation!
The service is impeccable: the staff is kind, helpful, and very attentive. So much so that I even complimented one of the waiters for his professionalism and courtesy.
The place is welcoming and always busy, a sign of the high quality. I even brought friends who followed my advice to try it, and everyone was thrilled.
The pizza is extraordinary: light dough, excellent quality ingredients, and fair prices, perfectly in line with what you get.
Another plus is the attention to everyone, including those who eat gluten-free, and the accessibility of the place.
A place I recommend with all my heart and will gladly return to again! 🍕✨

Good pizzas, some excellent with double cooking (fried and then baked), and quality ingredients. Fast and friendly service despite the busy schedule. Outdoor seating is also available. Reservations are recommended.
