14/10/2025: The location and the service of the hotel was great. It’s conveniently located next to several bus and tram routes. Additionally, the rooms themselves were spacious and clean. Some issues we had with our rooms was that the AC was not strong. We had to keep our curtains closed to try and decrease the temperature. Additionally, the building appears to be several buildings connected. To get to our room, we had to take an elevator, then go to another elevator. To get to the other amenities, you’d need to do something similar.

13/10/2025: Excellent guest service everywhere, without exception. The stairs outside a must-see:) Good, central location. Clean rooms and well equipped. The food not great especially for keto and carnivores or anyone with gluten intolerance. I know it's Italy but breakfast is not firendly to those people, besides the deli meats were expired 2 days on a row (i left the 3rd so maybe it was fixed afterwords...). If dining alone, they may ignore you for a chunk of time...probably best you eat outside. Otherwise it presents endless possibilities, is nice and clean:)
