We had the pleasure of getting to know the world of Giampaolo coffee and we were delighted... we took part in a coffee course with MARCO. He is a truly nice, good and professional person. Obviously he doesn't just deal with training or just the cafeteria... at 36 he has forged ahead and is the company's quality manager!! Carry on and keep it up!!

26/07/2024: Do you know the expression "I would like but I can't"? Here is the new management at Buraccio' is a "I want and I can", at a modest and humble price. Really good dishes, revisited and made of local raw materials and top quality. In short, if he was in Milan or Mykonos you would have paid 3 times more, and he would have deserved it. Nothing, what can I say, when passion is combined with hard work there is only one possibility = success! Well done, good and still good.
