Dinner just finished, an excellent, indeed sublime dinner!! The raw seafood was top-notch, and the recommended appetizers were truly fantastic. All accompanied by an excellent Pungirosa rosé, to round off a breathtaking sporcamuss. Will definitely be back 🤩🤩

We couldn't have chosen a better location for our family Ferragosto lunch. A sea view, a classy menu, and excellent service and hospitality. The owner and his staff were excellent in pampering us, both at the table with their dishes and on a personal level. Polite, kind, and friendly, they even won over my girls. Excellent restaurant!!! This is the summary of a four-person end-of-vacation dinner on July 25th at Bari Santo Spirito. On a hot and humid evening, we chose to sit inside the beautiful and elegant restaurant. The air conditioning was unobtrusive, and the music soft and muted. Impeccable service was provided by the two charming waitresses, always smiling and never intrusive, and by the manager, Mr. Claudio, who is a delightful person, who presented us with various dishes on the seafood menu. After the introduction, the real surprise was the deliciousness of what was served: from the generous mixed appetizers to the exceptional raw fish. For our main course, we chose a very fresh hen weighing about 700 grams, then baked, on a bed of potatoes and fried seafood, also with mixed fish. A true delight!! All this was accompanied by a bottle of Talò Fiano Salento, so good we asked for a second. Excellent value. I highly recommend it. Thanks again Mr. Claudio, it's rare to meet such pleasant and modest people.

Delicious food, beautifully presented various seafood and pasta dishes. Even after our first visit, the maitre d' remembered what we were drinking, and the staff welcomed us like friends.
