We have been to this restaurant twice, we ate very well, the staff was kind and attentive to our needs, the location was clean... a beautiful experience that we recommend to everyone.

A perfect evening at Bolina in Santo Spirito – an experience to remember We had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Bolina and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most satisfying gastronomic experiences of recent times. Located in the suggestive setting of Santo Spirito, the restaurant overlooks the sea, offering a beautiful view that contributes decisively to the elegant and relaxing atmosphere that characterizes it. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great warmth and professionalism. The service was simply impeccable: the girls in the dining room were extremely kind, smiling and above all very competent. Every request was handled with efficiency and discretion, and the attention to detail was evident at every moment of the evening. A heartfelt thanks also to Mr. Claudio, who was available, affable and always present with discretion: his courtesy and passion for his work are clearly reflected in the overall quality of the experience. The menu offers refined but never excessively elaborate dishes, capable of enhancing the freshness and quality of the raw materials, mainly fish-based. We particularly appreciated the care in the presentation and the balance of flavors: each course, from the raw starters to the first courses, up to the desserts, was a real pleasure for the palate. The flavors are intense but harmonious, and you can clearly perceive the hand of a cuisine that knows how to enhance the territory and its products. The location is simply splendid: elegant but not formal, with a sober and refined taste in the details of the furnishings. The view of the sea at sunset made the atmosphere even more special, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening spent in company, in the name of good taste and tranquility. In conclusion, Bolina is a restaurant that we recommend without reservation to those looking for a high-level gastronomic experience, in a suggestive context and cared for in every aspect. It is certainly a place where you will gladly return, certain of always finding quality, courtesy and a welcome that makes you feel truly pampered. Price: absolutely proportionate to the quality of everything described. We will definitely return, and with great pleasure!
