Acquisto prodotti da Bonfissuto online da anni. Semplicemente eccezionali sotto ogni punto di vista. Ma vorrei soffermarmi su un altro aspetto: la loro enorme professionalità, condita con cortesia tipicamente siciliana. Una settimana fa ho effettuato un acquisto. C’è stato un piccolo disguido riguardo allo sconto praticato. Problema immediatamente risolto con una rapida telefonata e con un omaggio di una crema extra. Purtroppo, all’arrivo del pacco, la crema omaggio non c’era. Ebbene, non appena chiamato, una signora ha subito risposto, scusandosi della dimenticanza, che l’omaggio sarebbe stato spedito quanto prima, senza alcuna difficoltà. Dopo tre giorni mi è stato recapitato. Un simile comportamento, professionale, cortese e rapidissimo, non può che meritare un enorme apprezzamento e un applauso 👏 Grazie ancora, da un vostro affezionato cliente
