Desìo Fucina di Gusto In Lamezia terme

Desio is a very nicely decorated restaurant right in the heart of Lamezia. After a long day, we were looking forward to some good food... and we weren't disappointed. Excellent swordfish, pizza with a light and airy crust, tasty burgers... everything was perfect!

We happened upon it for lunch... and were kindly welcomed while a company dinner was in progress. We were offered the same menu (very simple but tasty) with excellent and fast service! Not bad at all, and... thank you!

We spontaneously stopped in for dinner this evening because, at the end of the season, all that was left in town were sleazy beer temples. We were absolutely amazed. The food was really delicious, the service was very friendly, and the seating was comfortable and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. We had Caprese, which was delicious. After that, we had pasta with carbonara, which was also good, and then a Pizza Ariella, which was absolutely amazing. In Neapolitan style and tasted really great. We also had Aperol Spritz for seven euros each and a glass of red wine, which was also delicious. I highly recommend it; you can definitely do it.

A simple and welcoming place, we spent a wonderful evening with friends and had a truly wonderful time. The staff was always helpful and friendly, despite our myriad intolerances and requests. They always greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious, with flavorful preparations and top-quality ingredients. Trying the vrasciole is a moral obligation. A little gem: the place has a free arcade and pinball machine, a joy for video game enthusiasts and nerds.

The pizza was very good, but the fries not only didn't look like the photos but also tasted awful (they were frozen). Not everyone on the staff spoke English, so communication was sometimes difficult. Furthermore, the opening hours were somewhat misleading – at 6:30 PM, they wouldn't let me in, but only after 7 PM.

Very good pizza, with thick crusts, just the way I like them. The location is modern. A beautiful, modern pizzeria.

We always love coming back to this place. The pizza is super good, especially the one with tuna, caramelized onion, Tagalog olives, and cherry tomatoes. The live music is pleasant, allowing you to chat without getting too loud. Well done!

We were welcomed even without a reservation, there were two of us... delicious pizzas and excellent service 👍 the cover charge could be lowered in my opinion... we will be back.

5 stars hands down! Small and cozy place located in the city center, friendly yet professional staff, good prices, and high-quality food—you couldn't ask for more!
