A really nice place, superlative chef. Not being a lover of so-called innovative dishes, I found those prepared by the aforementioned chef well made and very tasty, which reflect the traditional, but with the right visual touch in the presentation. So in my opinion I recommend it.

I just left the Locale Deposito Eatery, located in Via Roma, Pontecagnano Faiano, and I must say that I was literally breathless! This place is a real jewel, hidden in the heart of Pontecagnano Faiano but absolutely worth discovering. I had the pleasure of trying their octopus genovese and I have to say it was an incredible dining experience. The octopus was very fresh and cooked to perfection, with an intense flavor and a soft texture that melted in your mouth. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, with a hint of aromatics that complemented the dish perfectly. The decomposed tiramisu is a delight for the palate! But what really struck me was the atmosphere of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to satisfy our every request. The decor is modern and welcoming, with a touch of elegance that makes the place perfect for a special evening. In short, if you are looking for a place to eat well and spend a pleasant evening in Pontecagnano Faiano, Locale Deposito Eatery is absolutely the right place. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious cuisine!

I discovered this beautiful place for the first time today, during a business lunch which also led to excellent results. What can I say, it's a shame that I can't give a rating higher than 5, excellent location, very clean and refined place, excellent service, an excellent experience with the dishes we were allowed to taste, well prepared with great respect for the raw materials, demonstration of great knowledge of the products offered, applause to chef Palladino.... Keep it up
