The location is very, very beautiful, the quality of the raw materials is good, not only the fish, but especially the cheeses (these are truly special). Prices are a bit high. The review can't be entirely positive because we had a problem with the payment that wasn't our fault. As honest people, we went back the next day to sort it out, and they didn't seem grateful in the slightest. They could have lost the entire amount (€218 for four people, two of whom were kids), and I believe, as a business owner, that showing a minimum amount of appreciation by taking even a trifle off the bill as a symbolic gesture or offering a coffee... In short, a minimum amount would have been appropriate given the situation, but instead they just added random things when recharging the bill (PS: the €8 that didn't add up was for a dessert, not water, which was added randomly just to get to the last cent!).... Not very smart, because maybe we would have come back to eat there while staying on vacation for 15 days!

The staff is very attentive, professional, and always ready to put guests at ease with a smile and great availability. The dishes were absolutely delicious – each plate beautifully presented, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the passion and care that go into every recipe. A heartfelt compliment goes to Fulvia and Marco, whose warmth and professionalism elevate the entire experience. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. They are the soul of this incredible place. I'm giving it 3 stars because, despite the restaurant's many virtues, there are some things that ruin the experience. Unfortunately, one waiter (the one without glasses) is aggressive, arrogant, and rude. He constantly insists on selling things, particularly liquor, limoncello, and desserts (he seems like a street vendor insisting you buy something), but he does so in an intrusive and annoying manner, with a forced smile that only makes you feel uncomfortable. This isn't the first time this has happened, and until now we'd let it slide, but now it's become truly unacceptable. A restaurant of this caliber shouldn't allow such behavior. If he doesn't change his ways, perhaps he should seriously consider finding another job. On the contrary, all the other staff in the dining room are impeccable: kind, professional, and helpful, they make the service truly pleasant and more than make up for this serious shortcoming. The food is good, well-prepared and of high quality, although it lacks the character that would make them truly memorable. In conclusion, if it weren't for the excellent work of the rest of the staff, I would have given it only one star. We will return again, but with the hope that this problem will finally be resolved.

I dined at Dentromare restaurant with high expectations, driven by the positive reviews I'd read previously. Unfortunately, the Spaghetto 2.0 didn't live up to expectations: a dish lacking in character, unconvincing, and far from what I'd expected. The grilled fish was also disappointing, rather sparse and tasteless, almost bland. What I can wholeheartedly praise, however, is the service, with attention to detail and attentive, smiling staff. Special praise goes to the manager, always available, courteous, and ready to handle any situation with professionalism. While the cuisine didn't convince me, the human and organizational side certainly left a positive impression.

Excellent location, stunning during the day, spectacular at night. Food lives up to expectations. Impeccable service, always present, friendly, and available to answer any questions. Extensive wine list, good selection of cocktails. Prices are more than fair for a venue of this type. In fact, decidedly low!

I visited this seafood restaurant and was truly satisfied. The food was excellent, everything fresh and perfectly cooked. Every dish was meticulously crafted, from the balanced flavors to the presentation. The young team under Marco's command was very friendly and attentive, always available. A truly pleasant experience.
