A young and casual place offering traditional dishes, including gluten-free options. Special mention goes to the seafood fregola, which is very difficult to find gluten-free in restaurants.
Prices aren't cheap, but they're average.
The staff are friendly and very attentive to their guests' needs.

If I could, I'd give more than 5 stars! I had such a great time that I dined here four nights in a row 🤩😋. I'm not celiac, but I avoid gluten due to my diet, and having tasted typical dishes like Fregola, even in the traditional version, I can say that their gluten-free options are truly amazing! Mouth-watering! And then the service is delightful: they're attentive, efficient, they listen to you calmly, and they're incredibly kind. A real discovery that I recommend to anyone passing through Alghero! (I didn't take photos of the other dishes, but I'll include the vegetable pizza I ordered.)

We visited this restaurant on our first night in Alghero. We were hungry and eager to try some good fregola. We found the place on Google, and it inspired us. The atmosphere is refined and very welcoming. The service is friendly, fast, and run by very polite young people. We were a bit disappointed with the food, however: the fregola was tough, typical of frozen fish. This was confirmed by the fried fish we ordered for our second course. It was difficult to peel the prawns, which made the dish less than convincing. The bill was steep for the quality of the food served. I'm giving the experience a 3-star rating because, in a bistro, the quality of the food should take priority.

We went last night on the recommendation of a friend. We arrived from the Veneto region, so after the long journey we didn't feel like cooking. We found a lovely place, the staff were very kind and attentive to the customers, smiling and kind. I was a little worried because I was the only celiac out of four of us, but instead everyone was ecstatic about the pizza, which is delicious, the dough is the best I've had so far. And then the gem of the setata: finally after many years I was able to try the seadas because this place is certified and you can eat everything. The double malt gluten-free beer is also excellent, not easy to find in the restaurants. We will definitely be back because I want to try the other dishes I saw passing by. Thanks to the guys in the dining room, you are wonderful, but also to those in the kitchen who are not seen.

Localino fantastico con piatti stupendi senza glutine . Buonissima la pizza e tutto il resto con un tiramisù senza glutine e senza lattosio stratosferico. Le ragazze molto gentili e carine . Tutto perfetto

Gluten free....bello trovare locali dove si può mangiare senza paura delle contaminazioni. Ottima la carne e ancora di più la pizza. Anche i dolci gluten free e lactose free. Sorridenti e accoglienti...come sentirsi a casa.
