17/01/2025: After a few attempts, we managed to get put in the room next to the beach and I must say that we were very satisfied: elegant, with the right light (even if the Poldina lamp on our table was empty), not cold, in short, a nice atmosphere. Service finally at the levels that a restaurant like Gilda expects us from, perhaps also because we chose the 8pm time slot. TOP menu: the bavette, garlic, oil and raw scampi on the bottom is perhaps the best and tastiest pasta I have ever eaten, rating 10 with praise. Followed by Catalan lobster (already cleaned, perhaps I would ask for it to be cleaned again, it's more pleasing to the eye). We were finally completely satisfied with this location where we went a few times but never fully satisfied us, now we are completely satisfied and we will return.
