Degustazione Tenuta Petra Bianca In Palau

We were here some time ago, we had a great time, super friendly and helpful staff... Simple breakfast with very good desserts made by them, we had an aperitif which turned into dinner tasting different dishes, all very good. I highly recommend it for the tranquility and the very suggestive place, you can see exceptional sunsets.😍

Beautiful location. Rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful views. The restaurant food is incredible. The local ingredients are cooked to perfection and with great care. Best culinary experience in Italy after travelling for 3 weeks through the country. Great wine too!

If you are visiting Sardinia, you have to visit this place! The hospitality is wonderful, even if you get the small room, you’re lucky, because they are very clean and nice. This place offers not only a peaceful and pleasant stay on a hill among wine yards, beautiful mountains and mesmerising nature, but they also have the best restaurant in the are if not in whole Sardinia, and the view from it is just spectacular You will be lucky if you visit the place, it has a lot of magic in it ♥️

Beautiful accomodation in Sardinia. The rooms are beautiful, the sea view from our room and restaurant were gorgeous. They also have nice wines and the breakfast was so delicious, with a lot of fresh local ingredients. I highly recommend it!

Domain with a lot of potential but unfortunately too many hiccups. We had booked a wine tasting before dinner and when we arrived we were told that a tour of the estate was obligatory. Then, while the customers come partly for the beautiful view, we were not able to enjoy it because we were seated in the third row, next to the staff area, which made us witness their exchanges by stormy moment. We understand that the tables were reserved much further in advance but in this case it is better to warn. Then the waiter who doesn't let us taste the wine before serving it to us, the manager who keeps us waiting to bring us the receipt even though we didn't want it, only to finally bring us the wrong receipt...

We ate one evening at this vineyard. The view at sunset is magnificent. The meal was perfect, tasty and refined.

What an incredible dining experience. The tasting menus (both regular and vegetarian) were exceptional, every dish the freshest and only local Sardinian produce did not go unnoticed. The wines were amazing, and the sunset views unparalleled. You cannot miss this.

Mi marido y yo visitamos Petra Bianca para cenar después de un artículo que habíamos leído en la revista de vinos Decanter y sin duda no decepcionó. Reservamos la cena antes de llegar a Cerdeña para evitar decepciones, todo el proceso fue fácil y eficiente y súper amable y servicial, incluso sugiriendo una hora de cenar más temprano para asegurarnos de llegar a ver la puesta de sol. El restaurante Petra Bianca está situado sobre las vides con vistas al océano en la distancia y puestas de sol inigualables, cenando a las 7. 30 pm a pesar de ser un poco más temprano y normalmente comíamos valió la pena. La comida, pedimos uno del menú degustación y también de la carta y cada plato era excepcional. Todos los platos de ingredientes locales y la calidad y el pensamiento que entraba en cada plato era increíble. Maridamos con cada uno de los menús degustación de vinos, que complementaban perfectamente la comida. En cuanto al personal, todas y cada una de las personas hicieron nuestra experiencia gastronómica más maravillosa. Desde la cálida bienvenida a la llegada, hasta el conocimiento de los camareros tanto en la comida como en el vino. Si estás en cualquier lugar de Cerdeña cerca de Palaos esto tiene que estar en tu lista de cosas que hacer. Una velada perfecta ambientada en una belleza tan natural.
