Decantei - Locanda In Bressanone

It's worth looking for this restaurant on the edge of the old town. Even the entrance door is pure design. The interior furnishings and accessories are also brilliantly coordinated. Everything subtle and tasteful. The glare-free trumpet lamps above the tables are a real hit. We chose three starters from the menu and were thrilled. The eye can also eat here. The traditional potato leaves with sauerkraut were a bit more powerful for our taste, the pickled salmon on rye bread with homemade dressing was great, and the pumpkin risotto with goat cheese was also very tasty. A great lunch experience.

The food was "more appearance than reality". It didn't taste good.

Ieri sera sono stato invitato a cena in questo ristorante di Bressanone. L'ambiente e l'arredamento sono quelli dei ristoranti di montagna con un piccolo tocco di classe in più. Quando la stagione lo consente è possibile anche cenare all'aperto nel cortile del ristorante. Ho trovato veramente squisiti il tris di canederli e le mezzelune ripiene. Tenero e morbido lo stinco di maiale con i suoi contorni. Non ho pagato io il conto ma guardando il menù mi è sembrato che i prezzi fossero allineati a quelli dei ristoranti di pari livello della città.

We had a great experience at this place. The food was delicious and the staff very polite and welcoming. We also loved the charming atmosphere!

We went there to eat twice in a row, we were so excited. Very stylishly designed guest rooms, but retaining the tavern style. Casual, competent service, fine food and great wines round off the evening here, and in summer a beautiful outdoor area invites you to linger.

Place located in Bressanone, well built, well furnished and very... very nice, congratulations, suitable for lunch and dinner, but also for aperitifs. In addition to three not very large rooms, it also has an external atrium where you can taste its products. Particular bathroom, but to be looked after better. Not bad aperitifs, smiling and helpful staff, average quality food cooked averagely, I didn't find excellent feedback. I found the meat a little overcooked externally with too much internal fat... the vegetables were excellent and the first courses were not bad... at least the ones I tried. More can be done. Desserts... fully sufficient. An experience that didn't leave me particularly impressed... apart from the internal environment and the external part.

Discovered by chance on the way back from Innsbruck for a short stop at the Christmas markets in the historic center of Bressanone. Chic inn, refined in detail and with a very intimate atmosphere. You can taste some dishes that recall the tradition of the place. The dumplings are good, both in broth and as a trio. The choice of wines is also good although beer is the strong point of the place. Young and welcoming staff. Medium/high prices.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the village. It is characterized by a well-kept and clean location where it is possible to taste local dishes with some twists. The shank and apple strudel accompanied by cream are highly recommended. You can take advantage of the "business" menu which for just €15 allows you to taste a first course, a salad, bread, water and coffee. I would like to point out that the portions are generous. The venue has both internal and external spaces.

Cucina ricercata proprio dietro al Duomo: non è di certo una locanda "easy" ma si cena bene. Piatti ricercati e lista vini scelta. Ottimo il pane. Ovviamente la raffinatezza ha il suo prezzo ma l'atmosfera è molto intima. Consigliato per una serata intima sotto le stelle altoatesine.
