Bracaria fantastica materie prime di qualità personale di sala accogliente e preparato anche molto professionale e inoltre l accoglienza è la gentilezza del titolare Umberto caratterizza questa braceria. Consiglio vivamente se vi trovate a maddaloni in provincia di Caserta fermarvi per deliziarvi

I'm not from the area, the restaurant was recommended to me through word of mouth. It is located near an anonymous fast road, quite easy to find parking. I had dinner on the veranda, essential and elegant furnishings with soft lights. The menu is well done, offers tastings and a wide choice of high-quality international (including exotic) meats with a range of different prices up to Wagyu. The service is managed by polite and willing young people. If I really have to identify something that could be improved, I would say that I missed someone who could better explain the beverage to me, a sommelier who could intrigue me with some different local/neighbouring proposal. Finally, the "homage" is appreciable, those who return have a dish offered from a selection of proposals.

EXCEPTIONAL Braceria!!! Exhaustive and exciting choice of meats, very stimulating and intriguing menu, even the wine list, very welcoming and refined environment, young, very professional and empathetic staff, an engaging and very rare experience, which almost leads you to go there every day, I experienced an extremely exciting evening !!!!!!!

Great food, fantastic service. We were welcomed in the best way by the waiters of the place. They took care of us and guided us in every choice we made. He gave us a small welcome drink and gave us a thought before leaving the place. With the same service and dishes offered, if the restaurant were located in the city center, it could, without any problem, ask for almost double the prices it currently has on the menu. Last but not least... the wine selection is excellent. If you don't want a whole bottle but just want a glass, don't worry, the best wines are stored under Coravin. Now let's talk about prices, if you think it's a cheap place, leave the idea of ​​coming there, but prices must always be commensurate with the service and dishes offered; we didn't pay much but we left happy, what more could you want?

Celebrating my father-in-law's birthday dinner. Great service and amazing food. On arrival we were given complimentary bread sticks and prosecco. They also offer an English version of the menu, which was great. All the dishes were so delicious, especially the wagyu beef steak. They also brought out a hot stone plate for you heat/cook your steak, if you wished for it to be cooked more. The special surprise and funny thing I found was the bathroom, very clean and they had soap bars, toothbrush/tooth paste, mouthwash, cosmetic bits and pieces there for the guests, never seen that before😅 nice touch though. They also have a covered smoking and eating area outside. Definitely a place to visit if you like your steaks.. At the end of the night we were also given a voucher for a complimentary dish, bottle of wine. Then we received an email offering all of us complimentary desserts on our next return. Such thoughtful things to do for their guests. This restaurant has definitely thought-out their marketing strategy properly. Can't wait for our next visit.😋🥰

21/07/2025: Disclaimer: if you think you are a pizza connoisseur then please visit this place - it will blow your mind!! The guy is not just a chef/pizzaiolo but a true artist that went against the "religion" of pizza and made art using creativity and love💖 We finally made it to Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My partner and I went for the tasting menu, which was a great way to experience the creativity and skill that Franco Pepe is known for. I am not gonna list every single dish we had - you can look at the pictures or better go and try yourself :) all I am gonna say about the food is that is made with the freshest ingredients and the perfect combination between them. Throughout the meal, we were impressed not only by the flavor but by how each dish told a story. It wasn’t just a pizza tasting – it felt like a journey through local ingredients, techniques, and Franco Pepe’s imagination. Service was friendly and professional, and the pacing between courses was spot on. If you’re a pizza lover looking for something beyond the usual, the tasting menu here is a must. It’s refined without being pretentious, innovative but rooted in tradition. We'll be talking about this meal for a long time. GRAZIE FRANCO!!
21/07/2025: Given the great publicity for this place, we rushed there with friends to try the pizza. Having booked in May for July, we honestly expected less waiting at the door. Incidentally, there was a kind, sarcastic lady at the door!!! The reservation was for 8:15 PM, but they seated us at 9:30 PM! The pizza was excellent, nothing to complain about, but honestly, having driven 30 km, I wouldn't go back!

It's the perfect place for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends by the pool. ​But the real star of the evening was the food: simply excellent! From appetizers to dessert, every dish is a celebration of authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. You can taste the chef's passion and mastery in every bite. And not only the quality, but also the quantity is generous, ensuring that no one leaves the table unsatisfied. ​In short, a culinary experience I highly recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back!
