I went to a business dinner with colleagues. The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful. The service is excellent, as are the dishes, which are well-prepared and meticulously prepared. They use excellent ingredients, especially the meat. I recommend it for a romantic dinner, but also for a business or family dinner.

A truly interesting place for quality and service. A truly charming place where you can taste the best types of meat, with the option of even exploring exotic options (Venison, Zebra, Crocodile, and Kangaroo). The various cuts of meat are interesting, with special aging techniques like butter-aged. There's a wide selection of wines. Personally, given the heat, we opted for beer, which wasn't a substitute at all; quite the opposite. The Tomahawk was excellent, perfectly cooked just as we requested. The Wagyu-Kobe was superb, an explosion of umami flavor in every bite. The Wagyu stew buns were delicious, as were the Wagyu tortelli alla genovese. If you're a carnivore and appreciate good meat, I think De Matteo is one of those places worth saving for your list. I also really liked the service; all the staff were very discreet yet always present and attentive to the customer's needs. The price is slightly higher than average, but the quality is truly top-notch. The place is spotless, with an open grill and a relaxing atmosphere. Ample parking is available. Reservations are recommended. 💯
