05/12/2024: Pizzeria devoted to essentiality by choice, but careful to offer just enough to satisfy pizza lovers. Unlike the stereotype of a classic pizzeria, here they mainly offer just 3 types of pizza, 2 types with mozzarella, basically a simple margherita and a napoli and the red variant, "marinara", with a layer of tomato with a slightly spicy taste with some alice to complete the taste, plus the sweet version with Nutella. To drink some types of beer depicted on a large poster inside the restaurant, on tap and in bottles. Pizza lovers will still appreciate this "spartanity", but also this uniqueness, as the pizza will be appreciated because it is very tasty and crunchy, at the same time it is offered on a simple sheet of cardboard with greaseproof paper, supplied in the sizes of to "quarters" of whole pizza and presented already cut into squares, to then be picked up and eaten more easily, using only your hands, here there are no cutlery or plates, it's like this, without many frills. There are no various menus to browse through, if you want you can order the 3 flavors directly and off you go, you take a small square from here and one from there, then the sweet one if you really want, but with Nutella it's not to be missed. Perhaps the external part of the place doesn't really deserve 5 stars, with the wooden benches and transparent tarpaulins at the edges of the place instead of the windows, in the summer everything is open, but in the end here too the purpose justifies the... price, yes because in the end the essentiality will be rewarded by the wallet, everything is quite cheap and still leaves you satisfied. Personally I liked all this, then if you want there are others, with wood-fired ovens, menus, etc...
