Darvish In Padova

Excellent Persian food, intimate and welcoming. It's a shame they can't offer a broader menu, with many unique dishes.

Went yesterday, great. I lived in Iran for two and a half months for work, and I had the opportunity to appreciate the culture and the people, some of which I found at Darvish. The place is very beautiful, quaint, and clean. The service is fast and super friendly. Very kind. The food is extremely good and healthy. Not greasy, not heavy, and the lamb was exquisite. Congratulations! Without a doubt, a must-try if you want this type of food. In my opinion, they're excellent, and still excellent.

A warm atmosphere, tantalizing aromas as soon as you enter... and then it arrives: lamb. What lamb! Tender, flavorful, perfectly spiced... enough to make you want to ask for more before you've even finished the first bite. And the appetizers? Those eggplants are addictive. Delicious, creamy, with that spicy touch that makes you close your eyes and sigh. And the "nan" that accompanies them? Like a Persian hug. Super friendly service, a well-kept and welcoming place, and a menu that takes you on a journey with your stomach and your heart. In short, Darwish is a gem that must be tried at least once... but trust me, you'll be back! I definitely...

A really good service, delicious food with great old and traditional atmosphere. I really enjoyed the Kubideh in this restaurant.

We dined by the riverside under soft lighting... a truly charming and relaxing atmosphere. The service was impeccable: everyone was kind and available to explain dishes and recommend pairings. We had a traditional yogurt drink and meat, vegetable, and rice dishes. They were plentiful and very well cooked. We will definitely be back, given the very positive experience! Highly recommended

Nice staff. Great ambient. Food was ok. Kabob was a bit dried and overcooked. But for such small town, finding a Persian restaurant is rare. So overall is was a great experience.

I went to dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend. We chose it for its quiet, intimate location. We were immediately greeted by very helpful, kind, and courteous staff. It was our first time eating Persian food, so we asked for advice on which dishes to order. Both dishes arrived quickly, with more than adequate portions. The food was immediately obvious as being of high quality and beautifully prepared/cooked with love for their culture. The price was quite expensive, but that's understandable given the reasons mentioned above.
