I went to Daruma Sushi in Ponte Milvio for a three-hour Masterclass. Beautiful experience, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality food. It's an experience I recommend to everyone and that includes a part of history and a part of practice. Super interesting lesson to learn how to make delicious sushi at home!!!
