For me, this is the best sushi in Rome: simple but delicious rolls, always well-balanced combinations, fast and attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'd pay more attention to the delivery service, where sometimes something is lacking.

I had an appointment in this magnificent sushi restaurant in the heart of our northern Rome and I had a really great time, I was with the artist I follow for work and so we had a meeting to talk about work and meet up in that environment with the super collaborators of presence, available and kind in every type of eventuality, Not to mention their aperitif cutting board based on various types of Tartar of which my favorite is the one with mango being a lover of mango as a fruit, then I had a drink to accompany the atmosphere whose name is takara plum spriz truly fabulous; the takara plum spriz is composed with: prosecco millesimato Japanese plum liqueur and soda I obviously leave you all the photos of both the cutting board and the various cocktails. My guest had a classic spritz as a cocktail and the same cutting board. Magnificent place ideal atmosphere I can not help but highly recommend it to you. So I absolutely highly recommend it.

I went to Daruma Sushi choosing their "aperitif" formula, and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery! The venue is modern and well looked after, ideal for any type of occasion.
