Good Japanese restaurant with a fusion twist in the Eur area. The place is very nice and the staff is all very kind. Dishes are well made and well presented.

Also going to the Chinese/Japanese ayce, I can say that the quality offered by Daruma is superior. Both in terms of taste and digestibility. It is clear that it is not a suitable place for those who have a waterskin instead of a stomach. That's fine with us! We will definitely return.

I took part in a very pleasant 3-hour course as a "sushi master" to learn the basic techniques for making sushi!! Congratulations to David for the extreme friendliness and professionalism of all the staff!!

I gave my girlfriend their masterclass to learn how to make sushi at an amateur level as a gift, it was truly a wonderful, super fun and interesting experience, in addition to learning how to make sushi they also teach you many interesting things about its history starting from Japan and then throughout the world, where the various recipes come from. We were completely immersed in the past thanks to the explanations of the very nice David Dacosta who is the one who presents the course together with the chef. Highly recommended

05/01/2025: To my knowledge, this is the only one Japanese restaurant with sushi without avocado and with the correct rice. If you know another authentic Japanese restaurant in Rome, let me know. I love to eat sushi here.
04/01/2025: My family and I have always been to various Asian restaurants and have been rather ‘experienced’ with Japanese food in particular, and this has only heightened our expectations. We ordered quite a lot of food, and it was clear that every dish was fresh and delicious. The salmon teriyaki in particular was so good and flavourful! The lady serving us was so sweet and patient, and she took our order with care. The decoration of the restaurant is also very nice, and it’s as if you get transported in a different place entirely the moment you step in. Overall, it was a real pleasure to come here, and I’d gladly come again! :)

18/03/2025: Nice place, its fame precedes it. Unfortunately I went for two graduations and the tables that were prepared were all detached. So in terms of organization of the room they are very disorganized. The bartenders are kind and good, excellent drinks. To get in better by reservation.
07/01/2025: Beautiful place for an aperitif or to spend the evening after dinner. Wide choice of drinks
