The food was excellent, especially the meat dishes. As for the wines, I would have preferred to have more clarity on the cost of the bottles. There was no wine list.

L’esperienza dal punto di vista culinario è stata fantastica: entree, antipasti e costata selezione Damini veramente buonissimi. Non ho dato il massimo del punteggio perché il servizio non è stato all’altezza: hanno dimenticato di servirci i contorni ordinati e la somelier ci ha portato una bottiglia di un’annata diversa da quella ordinata (senza informarci) e naturalmente abbiamo pagato un prezzo più alto.

Un tempio della carne, poco da aggiungere, servizio eccellente. 4 pallini e non 5 per la posizione e per una scelta di vini forse un po’ limitata..

What do we do to celebrate 50 years.... we start from Catania towards Veneto! Region rich in excellent wine and a unique starred restaurant. Damini e Affini, offers a truly refined meat menu, where the flavors were intense and harmonious, with a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy. Every ingredient was fresh and high quality, and you could feel the passion and care that had gone into the preparation of each dish. But compliments should also be given to the people, I will not forget Luca and Ludovica, they accompanied us during this experience with great professionalism despite their young age, so congratulations to chef Giorgio and all the staff, because great things can only be done if there is a good team. 5 stars well deserved. The experience of the meat menu is crazy, what is indicated on the menu would already be sufficient but many other off-menu tastings have arrived. Bonus for the very nice waiter who immediately made us feel at ease by explaining the dishes to us in a simple way.

Recommended by many people I know I had never had the opportunity to try it in person. I finally did it today. Shop well stocked with countless delights. Butcher's shop (very interesting cuts of meat), cured meats and cheese department (spoiled for choice). Honey, pasta, sweets etc. impossible to choose! And then there is the restaurant, where you can try some of the delicacies offered at the counter cooked in a divine way. You must try the meat tartare and the cured meat on the bone. You won't regret it! Definitely Recommended and Recommended.

31/08/2025: The staff was super professional and friendly! The meat was grilled freshly! Super good! Eating there was like eating at home.
28/08/2025: A simple place where you eat well, pay the right price, and are treated well... The grilled chicken dish is highly recommended. Definitely better than those commercial chain restaurants.

Osteria Al Maraneo

31/08/2025: We went there for a family dinner on a Sunday in mid-August. It's a classic Venetian osteria with ample parking. The meat is excellent, perfectly cooked: grilled with truly delicious fried polenta, and tender and flavorful fillet steak. Generous portions. The service was courteous; the two ladies were very friendly and always smiling. The outdoor setting is charming, with an open fireplace. The Luigia herb liqueur is a must-try.
